We know where some of Disney’s original stars ended up (like Hilary Duff), but we haven’t been following the others as closely. So, where are they?

Hilary Duff is fighting for her children’s privacy.

The “Lizzie McGuire” star, 32, took to Instagram Saturday to share a confrontation she had with a photographer taking pictures of her son’s soccer game.

“Paparazzi shooting KIDS,” Duff wrote. “Go ‘practice’ your photography on ADULTS! Creep! Laws need to change! This is stalking minors! Disgusting!”

She accompanied her blistering message with a video in which she asks an unidentified man holding a camera, “Hey, who are you here with?” When he responds that he’s there by himself, the mother of two asked him, “Can you stop taking pictures of the kids, please?”

The photographer said it’s “legal” for him to snap pictures. Duff fired back: “It’s making me feel really uncomfortable. … I’m asking you to stop taking pictures of our 7-year-old children if you don’t know anyone that’s here. I’m asking you, human to human, as a mother, if you don’t know anyone here can you please stop taking pictures of our children playing football this morning.”

Despite the man telling Duff that he’s “not here to scare you” and that her “paranoia factor is unwarranted,” the actress insisted it was an “uncomfortability factor.”

“These are 7-year-old children and you don’t have a child here,” Duff continued. “I will just post this to my 15 million followers on Instagram, and let people know how creepy it is that this is what you choose to do on your Saturday morning.”

The exchange ended when the man put his hand in front of Duff’s camera.

Duff received support from fellow famous parents in her comment section.

“THIS IS INFURIATING,” Busy Philipps wrote. “This isn’t about his job or his ‘rights.’ This is about his OWN perceived POWER over others. I imagine it’s the only time this pathetic person feels any power in his life. I know it’s illegal for an adult not with a child to be inside a playground — how is taking pictures of children without parental consent legal?!??”

“Children should be protected under the law,” Emmy Rossum added. Nikki Reed wrote: “This is beyond unacceptable and I stand behind you with an army of mothers who applaud you for refusing to back down in an instance where yet again, a paparazzi is stating his right to photograph minors.”

This is not the first time Duff has taken on paparazzi for taking pictures of her son Luca, 7, and 1-year-old daughter, Banks, without her consent.

In 2018, Duff shared an Instagram video of a man she claimed followed her from her son’s soccer game to her sister’s house and “stalked me down like pray for hours.”

“When people say that’s what you get for signing up to be a celebrity it honestly makes me sick,” Duff wrote. “This is every day of every month and it’s simply not OK.”
