The Cowboys had the No. 1 offense in the NFL in 2019 but went to 12th this previous season, thanks primarily to injuries at essential positions, including quarterback and offensive tackle.

The Eagles have asked for consent to interview Moore.

The Cowboys signed Moore to a three-year extension before the Giants season finale when he rejected the Boise job.
